MODENA GARAGE

At the north end of Rutland Gardens, this long line of garages stretching to Modena Road, were erected in the 1920s, before even the shops in Portland Road, the backs of which they faced, had been built. Note the old Morris bull sign. Photographed 18 May 1974.
Now replaced by flats called Stretton Court.
