Unfortunately this photograph is difficult to identify. Sidney Hole’s farm spread north-westwards from the Droveway towards Tongdean Farm and it is very hard to orient this view. The only clue is the large house which resembles Barrowfield, off Dyke Road and I think this was the house shown but the contours of the ground seem wrong.
