PRESTON VILLAGE AT SOUTH ROAD

Three contrasting scenes at about the corner of South Road. A much later photograph, of 6 August 1955, taken from almost the same spot. Much of the Manor wall has been removed in 1935 when Preston Road was widened. An ugly and rather dangerous projection was left.
