CRESCENT HOUSE, MARINE PARADE

Three photographs of the Crescent Convalescent Home during the period 1906-1924. I do not know when it was built but it is mentioned in directories of the 1840s. It was then a private school but became a convalescent home in the 1880s. The large garden extended back to Bristol Road and in recent years the address has been 11, Bristol Gardens.
