The purpose of these recently taken photographs is to record the site of the new Baths for the Brighton Corporation, still in course of construction at end of 1980. Looking along North Place, from North Road, 11 February 1973. Two houses, 12 and 12a, formerly stood at the end of North Place, at right angles to the others and obscured the distant view. These were demolished in the 1960s.
