9/10 REGENT ROW – THE LATH CLEAVERS ARMS

Originally a small beer house, called the Two Jolly Lath Cleavers, it came into existence soon after the beer Act of 1830 was, and for a long time occupied only No. 9. Along with neighbouring houses in Regent Row, it was demolished in December, 1963.
