ALBION HILL AREA

View along a street with an unusual name, Dinapore Street in April 1956. At the junction with Richmond Street and the “ Live and Let Live” public house. The barrier across Richmond Street, to stop runaway traffic, has been there for many years. The gap in the houses on the left was the result of bomb damage in the 1939-1945 war.
