LEWES ROAD

The extensive premises of Bennetts’, Monumental and Stone Masons, at the junction of Lewes Road and Gladstone Place. Period about 1890. Bennetts came here in the 1850s when the Parochial and Extra-Mural cemeteries were opened and remained for 100 years.
