TRANSPORT AT BRIGHTON STATION

No 6 Bus (Brighton Station – Portslade) standing at its terminus in Surrey Street, outside the Flowing Stream public house, September 1923. Buses travelling to the Station and beyond then had to use Surrey Street because there was then no break through between Queens Road and Surrey Street, the buildings going right up to Trafalgar Street.
