104,108 and 109 photographed before their demolition. The Moon building, in this photograph, was erected in 1883 as an extension of the low building next to Moon’s House, seen on one of the previous pages. The others were originally private houses, built about 1850, and lately in use as private hotels. This photograph was taken in January 1960. A large block of offices is now being built on the cleared site.
