LONDON ROAD, WITHDEAN

100 yards further north and hidden behind the trees on the right stood this old barn with its outside staircase. It was a few yards beyond Withdean Drove (Peacock Lane). Under the tree to the left is the railway embankment. Photographed March 1931. Demolished 1936.
