The breakthrough prior to the laying out of the small cul-de-sac known as The Spinney. Date - 21 January 1968.
The low bungalow was one of the last links with Tongdean Farm, broken up in 1936. Look back for two pages and you will see this as a low farm building behind the same brick wall.
