BLACK ROCK AND ROTTINGDEAN ROAD

Views from the other side of the buildings looking West. The line of the old road can be clearly discerned. At the foot of the clump of bushes, was the original terminus of Volk’s Electric Railway, and the old builders’ yard, used for the fashioning of concrete blocks. This was removed in 1928 and is now the site of the Bathing Pool.
