MARINE DRIVE

Only a few yards away and a year earlier, in the Summer of 1957, the view here is from Marine Drive into what was left of Rifle butt Road after the pre-war demolitions. Old established Black Rock Bakery is seen. The gap between the houses at the right is the Quaker’s Burial Ground, ( see previous images).
