BRIGHTON PANORAMA 1

On this and the three succeeding pages are panoramic photographs looking south, west and finally north west, across Brighton to Hove, Portslade and beyond. They were obviously taken from the Workhouse, or the Poor Law Institution as it was politely called. The view extends from the Queens Park housing estate, across the valley and the railway station to Hove Town Hall. Many churches are clearly recognisable.
