DEMOLITION OF HODSON’S MILL, WEST HILL ROAD.

At first glance these two photographs appear to be identical (this and following), but examine them closely and you will see that the people at the foot of the mill are different. This is an enlargement of a similar old print to the next one, probably taken within a few minutes of the other one and possibly taken by Edward Fox. The date was 25 June 1866, the day the mill was demolished.
