PRESTON GRANGE

After its demolition, a Canadian Show Bungalow was erected on the cleared site and was there for more than a year. A new block of flats is now to be built. At the time of writing the gardener’s lodge and the coachman’s house, seen here, still stand, but they must go when the flats are built. Date of photographs 27 October 1963.
