NEIGHBOURHOOD OF THE LEVEL_CONGRESS HALL, ROSE HILL, 1910

The Salvation Army Congress Hall was erected in 1883, and at the time of this photograph was being used for cinematography shows, an experiment which lasted for about a year. The building was refaced and reconstructed in 1923/ 1924.
