BOND STREET

After demolition of the Water department premises at 12 & 13, Bond Street, (see previous page), the cleared space was used as an entrance to the temporary park in King Street and also to a private car park. This photograph was taken on 10 June 1979. Since then, new buildings have been erected on the site, shops with maisonettes over.
