HERONS COURT, LONDON ROAD, PATCHAM

Here is the other house, which adjoined Devonia to the south. Doubtless built at the same time, possibly by the same builder, it had the same experience, first privately owned and latterly used as Brighton Corporation Home for the Blind. Like Devonia, it was photographed in February 1985, and demolished in 1987 for the same purpose – sheltered housing.
