ST MARY’S CHURCH HOUSE

St Mary’s Church House, photographed on 16 January 1966. There is no record of when this was built. Certain architectural features, such as the side upper windows, suggest that it was a conversion of an older building, such as a malthouse of the neighbouring Rock Brewery. Demolished about 1978 and replaced by a new Church House in St Mary’s Place.
