SWEET PATCH, BAKER’S BOTTOM

I was told by the occupant that it was then about 60 years old. Now, in 1963, it is empty and derelict and seems doomed to early demolition. The distant houses seen are those in Freshfield Road, while the houses of the Craven Vale Council estate now cover the valley.
