WITHDEAN HOUSES

Unidentified house. It is thought that this may have been Withdean Lodge, seen on another page and authenticated, but the photographs show material differences, though alteration could have been made. In support of this theory, Mr Gregory, the owner, had five daughters and five ladies are seen, but this could have been a mere coincidence. A puzzle for future historians!
